"We are sitting by a cozy gas log fire today due to the helpful instruction we received from Brandon Brasher at Hollywood Outdoor Living located on Hwy. 31 in Vestavia Hills. Two years ago, we purchased our gas log set from this store which was then named Alabama Gaslight and Grill. The pilot light in our gas log set needed to be lit and we couldn’t exactly remember how to light it. We needed help and Brandon was there for the rescue. He showed us exactly how to get the pilot light on by demonstrating the process on a gas log set exactly like ours in the store. His visual and auditory explanation gave us the skills and confidence we needed to return home and ignite our pilot light. Hollywood Outdoor Living is very fortunate to have Brandon Brasher as a sales associate. I highly recommend Brandon and the Hollywood Outdoor Living store."

"Thank you SO much Hollywood Outdoor Living!! We recently had a Pentair light go out that was under warranty. After getting the ok from Pentair they let me know that Hollywood would be out to do the repair. I kept up with the tracking of the light and ONE business day after Hollywood received the light two employees were at my home (both were SO kind and helpful) and had my lights back up and working in less than 30 minutes. They also checked in with me and kept me informed of everything done. We really appreciate you!!"
