Test water & add chemicals to balance water
Backwash sand filters, check equipment function

Remove spa cover & clean floor & seats with Polaris SpaWand™
Test water and add chemicals to balance water
Remove spa filter, rinse & replace it in filter bay
Turn on jets to ensure spa is functioning

Blow pool deck area
Test water & add chemicals to balance water
Empty all baskets at pool & at equipment
Empty pool cleaner bag
Physically clean top & floor of pool
Clean scum lines on tile & waterfall areas
Backwash sand filter & check equipment function

Once winter cover is installed, we will make 2 trips per month to:
Blow leaves and debris from mesh cover and/or drain water from cover
Ensure pumps and filter are functioning properly and backwash
Add chemicals to keep water clear
Check water balance

Note: Pumps must run 24-hrs per day in freezing weather.
